Yume — meaning “dream” in Japanese — is a kosher Mehadrin Japanese restaurant in Binyamina, founded by brothers Gil and Roi Barda. After years of culinary experience establishing some of Israel’s top restaurants, the Barda brothers joined forces to bring a blend of Japanese quality and traditional hospitality to Binyamina. The restaurant holds Mehadrin kosher certification under Badatz Beit Yosef.
