Saka Ba is an intimate Japanese izakaya in Tel Aviv’s Florentin neighborhood, founded by Assaf Menachem and Japanese chef Masaya. Inspired by Osaka’s after-work drinking culture, it recreates the convivial atmosphere of a traditional Japanese tavern with small shareable plates and an extensive sake selection.
The menu features around 25 items, each priced below 70 NIS, alongside more than a dozen varieties of sake, shochu, Japanese whiskies, and creative cocktails. The wood-paneled interior with low stools around a central counter captures the spirit of an authentic Osaka izakaya.
